Question #1: How long will it take for my dress to be delivered?

Answer #1: After you have made an appointment with one of our retailers, you will be able to try on some of our dresses and complete the order. Once order has been completed, your dress will be delivered within 35 to 45 days.

Question #2: Will alterations be available?

Answer #2: Alterations are not included in the purchase price. However, you have an option to use the alterations services of the bridal salon where you purchased your gown, or you can look for an independent bridal seamstress.

Question #3: Do you accept returns?

Answer #3: All of our bridal gowns are made after the bride orders the gown. Therefore, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Question #4: What are your payment options?

Answer #4: Please discuss the different payment options with the bridal salon that carries our designs.

Question #5: What sizes do you have available for your gowns?

Answer #5: Our sizes ranges from U.S. Standard Size 0 up to Size 32. The gowns can also be custom-made according the bride's unique body measurements. Please discuss the details with one of our retailers.
